Hi, I am back for another try, it has been awhile and I am having an ok time with induction so far. I am eating all the right foods and drinking 100 oz water every day and I am on day 4. I just started getting this horrible headache yesterday, not constant, but at nite mostly. Is this because of the changes? Is it normal to get these? I dont remember getting them the last time. Thanks, Chris

Re: Headaches
I've experienced the same -- I think it's due to withdrawal, as well as not eating as much as you likely used to. You will adjust. I had a near-migraine on day 2 (that evening) and have had some less intense headaches recently in the evening or morning, too. Excedrin helped me through them -- and on day 5 -- I'm doing fine. Just hungry for my next meal!

Re: Headaches
OOOOHHHHH I know what that's like! That's why I still have not done Induction, it brings on migraine for me. I will actually have to lower my carbs gradually to do an Induction. I might try it next week when it's not so close to another "thing" that brings on migraine.
Glad you are doing better!Christine
