I've been trying to make the scale budge downward for the past two years since I got out of the hospital, but it wouldn't cooperate. This morning, I'm down 7 pounds from my starting weight!!!! This is the start of DAY 6. I actually think this is better than when I did Atkins the first time. Thank you ADBB for keeping me focused long enough to get this thing kick-started!

1. Continue with water
2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
3. Continue with videos.
4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
5. Build stamina for more walking.
Goals for May:
1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
3. Post every day.
4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

Way to go I am sooo Happy for you you're doing awesome that's like a pound a day YAY you keep it up and remeber it's normal to stall out after the first 2 weeks so don't get frusturated if the scale stips moving. There is a sticky called Post induction Stall Syndrom so check that out if you stop losing just wanna give you a heads up.
