Hi everyone. I'm back on Atkins. Last summer I lost 49 lbs. Then I started a new job and gained 98% of my weight back. I've tried to restart but for whatever reason I wasn't mentally ready because I would always blow it. I've been back on Atkins for a week. This time i'm mentally ready. I've done really well my first week. Lost 5 1/2 lbs. This week i'm gonna start exercising. The only thing i'm doing a little different is that I haven't cut out the caffeine yet. I know that I eventually need to though.
