            My goal is 80oz but way overshot it yesterday. Funny how once you start drinking enough water you just want more! ~Deb

                  Water thing is puzzling me - waking up in the middle of the night and guzzling, sometimes as much as 2L. And then more 1st thing in the morning!

                        Will shoot for 100 again today.

                              Oh, what I'd give to be up in the Smokey Mountains under a natural mineral water spring right now with 32.5 F bliss running down my throat...

                              The City water cannot compare. >sigh< But it's better that than chemical and acid loaded sodas.
                              Already at 60 this am. Will easily get to 200 or more again - pretty day here!
