Weren't we supposed to do FIVE rewards? I forgot who said that. How about spending some time you normally would not take to do something for yourself? My favorite "time-waster" is just sitting outside on a nice day near my flower beds. Or how about a movie? (No popcorn!)

Im amazed that it held...
from last tuesday to today (6 days) the grand total was 4 pounds... after a long time of nothing at all...
whenevr i have a whoosh, i keep cringing at the scale, expecting the fairy to take it back...
but so far it's still going!!!
