Hi, I did Atkins a couple of years ago and lost about 33lbs.
Over time my old ways crept back in and the weight crept back on.
After bumming out about the situation, I started on a fairly convetional low fat diet program, was always hungry, and lost virtually nothing in a couple of months.
Since then I have gradually switched back over to Atkins, and I have lost about 15lbs in 8 weeks

Then I found the ADBB while searching the web for insparation.
I have renewed vigor and am in the process of a clean induction to jumpstart my weight loss and am participating in the stair climbing challenge.
