I'm on induction and I ate 1/2 and avocado for supper that threw me up to 26 total carbs. Probably a good idea to check the carb count *BEFORE* you eat it. (Geeze, I was shocked! I've had bread with a lower carb count than that!!!) But it's done. My total net carbs were at 16 and I did show a .5 lb loss this am.
So are we counting net carbs in induction or total carbs? I have the old book (which I can't locate) and I don't recall any mention of 'net carbs'.
