HI LUNA! So glad to see you! Listen...I hear alot of beating yourself up going on up there. I was doing the same thing, but you know what! You're here now, so stop it! We are all only human...and its human to fall. But its superhuman to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, admit your fall, and to start over! SO that makes you SUPERWOMAN! And SUPERWOMAN can do anything!

Well I've been avoiding the scale (for fear of getting discouraged at slower results) so I don't have an accurate number

BUT

My muffin top has gotten considerably smaller these last few weeks.

There's still excess there, but it's not spilling out of my jeans every time I sit down which is encouraging! I haven't dropped a size yet but that will come. Even if it's a month or two from now, it will come.


I'm not freaking out and going overboard obsessive this time which I think might help me make this a more permanent change. I get that way about nearly everything that I get interested in and burn out. I'm just going to keep chugging along and try to treat this as the real normal - not the normal I knew before pigging out on crap! Seems to be working for me, anyways.
