    Can I do this again?

    I really want to try this again but not too sure as last time I really didn't lose weight just a lot of inches (I did look pretty good and liked the results) and now I have reached my all time highest weight ever and I need a lot of support. I know I will get none from the home so not sure if I am ready to do it alone.

    Sure you can do this. No question about it. It all starts in your mind. Your mind can be talked into whatever you want it to know. Just start off with determination and the rest will follow. Clean out your kitchen of what doesn't need to be there is number one. Buy what you need to eat healthy and come to ADBB frequently and the rest will follow. Good luck to you!

      Of course you can do it again. If you need support, this is the place to be. I totally credit this place for my 60 lb loss and for sticking to it for a year. There are wonderfull people here more than willing to help you out and to encourage you. Start a journal in the Journal Chats forum so people can visit you. Take a look at all the exercise challenges going on and pick one to join.

        You can do it!!! You just need to set you mind to it. I was just like you, I had lost a lot of weight and gained some back, due to a lot of problems in my life...NO EXCUSE FOR ME!!. I have all the really cute clothes and I seem to have to wear only 5 outfits. Last sunday I woke up and had it!!! I had been looking around in here and reading a lot of posts. So Monday Morning was the day for me!!! I have been doing really great except for slight headaches.

        You can do it!!! And you will get all the support you need in here. I see people posting and the posts are GREAT!! Today I have been in coping recipies and I have found some really good ones.

          Thanks to all of you I will be here everyday to check out what's going on. When I did this before I visited a site like this one a lot and it really helped me. Thanks again Mary
