  • i'm reading the book again...

i've gained alot of weight lately and it's really taking it's toll on me. it seems that Atkins is the ONLY way i can lose weight and live a healthy life. not sure when i'm going to officially start again, but it will be soon. i'm going to finish the book before i jump into it.

when i do start though, it will be just the way the Doc intended for it to be. no soda... water only for me. no processed foods... just meats and brocolli and cheeses.

my BBQ grill is going to come in handy this summer.

Welcome Back Dan! I used to read your posts all the time and was wondering just the other day where you were. I am with you about having to re-read the book again. I am feeling that I have let things slide just a little bit and could certainly be doing much better. Glad to see you back!

Welcome back Dan! Seems your re-reading DANDR has set some others off too... me included. I think I'll get to turning those pages again just as soon as I've finished my current read. Need a refresher every so often. Thanks.
