Re: 50th time... hopefully a charm
The plan will work every time you follow it. the speed with which you drop the pounds will depend on you and how hard you work your Atkins. Most folk as they yoyo lose muscle weight too and as a result even at the same start weight the 4th or 5th time are actually fatter then the first time. this is where the myth of the golden shot originated.
As you work your atkins both the eating and exercise part you will add more lean body tissue burning more fat as fuel every day and you will repair the insulin resistance metabolic slow downs caused by yoyo dieting.
If you should fall or jump off practice carb harm reduction and jump right back on the plan and minimize the amount of harm you do with the high carb foods. each time you do the results will be smaller binges and less frequent binges. soon you will be a cheat free Atkins big loser again. forget all the success you had before and look at this as a brand new to you experience and embrace it. Rejoice as each pound comes off and don't even think last time I lost 3 pounds by day 2 and this time it is only 2 pounds. don't let yourself go there.
join an exercise challenge and check in daily with them. you can do this.
