  • Just Wondering?????

    I journal my food in fitday and it seems to be that my percentages are averaging anywhere from 70%-77%Fat,20%-28%Protein,3%-5%Carbs.

    Are these amounts okay while on Induction or do I really need to try and keep it around the 65%,30%,5% mark.

    Just wondering!

      My percentages are running the same as yours and I am losing. For some reason I can't get my protein up/fat down and I'm certainly not hungry so I'm not worrying about it unless someone comes up with a reason why I should.

        Good, I am glad to hear I'm not the only one with the fat up like that. I am not hungry either nor am I having the food cravings so this MUST be a great thing. I won't worry about it either then.
