I journal my food in fitday and it seems to be that my percentages are averaging anywhere from 70%-77%Fat,20%-28%Protein,3%-5%Carbs.
Are these amounts okay while on Induction or do I really need to try and keep it around the 65%,30%,5% mark.
Just wondering!
