what do you guys thing about induction 5 days, 6th or 7th day can cheat w/ good carbs only early in the day and not too much?

I think it would be pointless
Probably it would take you more time to get back into ketosis and fatburning-mode than you would be in ketosis over the weeks.
Better to choose a plan you can stick to then chop and change from one plan to another.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I agree...
It would also take more willpower than straight Atkins because you'd be re-entering ketosis over and over again... talk about risk to plummet off the wagon. Habit is a good friend to have, as it can really bolster willpower. Cycling throws a ton of chaos into the mix.No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

I have heard of this and tryed it, and for me it did not work, first of all your first 3-4 days on atkins are the hardest cuss your body is going into ketosis ( starting to burn body fat for fuel, instead of carbs)and so just after getting into ketosis your off of it and having your carb for fuel again, and then your gonna start the process all over again, kind of seems silly to me. anyway for me this dident work because I am a carb addict and once I eat carbs I cant seem to stop, and also it kindof defeats the whole purpose of Atkins , the introduction phase as I understand is not just for weightloss but to get out of this carb addiction that many have, and learn to eat healthy .Lisa 37yrs old, 5'4
