  • Okies I am back...Day 1

    I am here. I made it through 1 day. Well today isn't over yet but I got through some pretty severe cravings. I had a terrible headache for a while but that's better. I am seriously grouchy though. I know it was not this bad my first induction. Especially right off the bat the first day. I am gonna need some serious help this first week to stay on plan.

    Hi - Welcome and good luck on your journey. I am starting back tomorrow...may we both/all help each other win the battle and adopt a new, healthier WOL! I need to get my signatures, pictures updated, etc.... I'll need to study some of the technical advice as to how to change my ticker...

        Spirittalker (Susan).... 1st day has gone well..... have to pace myself...made sure I had legal nibbles around the house....most of this is a bad habit of putting food in my mouth and not even knowing what I'm eating or how much....this WOL will teach me awareness and moderation...one day at a time, right???

              Have been so sedentary (after surgery) - have to get back in the pool (do water walking at Y)..... plus, walking with the dog - as a start back into an exercise program. I'm sure the weight will come off faster, not to mention I will feel better as well.

                Well I signed up for the june abs challenge, I have a gym in my complex so I intend to lift weight and alternate that with swimming and running and yoga...plus I like to boogie down so I will likely be doing that all night long at least one night a week

                  You energetic lady! I'm just getting into exercise slowly...had knees totally replaced and just had spine fusion surgery to boot.....doing very well and will continue to do so....just need to jump in slowly and get moving....summer is a great time to get out and about.....good luck....to all of us!!!
