Well, here I am... slowly getting back up and dusting myself off after having fallen off the horse, if you will. I have gained some weight back and need to get back on track. The first step is coming to grips with my destructive eating habits as of late. The second is taking the steps needed to fix the problem. I have put back on approx. 25 lbs over the last several months after maintaining my weight for about a year and a half. I have also adjusted my goal weight this time around and plan on dropping 10 lbs. more than my lowest weight to date. No more excuses, no more weakness. Time to step up, put on my game face, and get this done. I have adjusted my signature to reflect my new weight and I refuse to lament the increase in weight. I will, however, use it as a focal point in my determination to see my goal weight. Thank God I have pulled this back under control before things got ugly. Well, enough of my ranting... I just wanted to say hello!
