    Last week was awful for me , a lot of stress at my job and the most awful PMS case in history.
    Last nite I was very prompt to cheating but I stayed strong, I probably overate little bit (The weekend was bad, on Saturday I ate pork rinds [0 carbs] and last nite I ate 3 sausages [0 carbs no sugar] and a little bit more of steak with mayo) I feel bad but at least it was ATkins friendly food and I am back to my best behavior today

    Good for you, teammate! I think it's OK to eat a bit more, especially things like beef when it's your TOM. Your body may have needed the extra iron.

    Yesterday was a bad day for me too and I almost cheated. I waited too long to eat *and* I was out and about after dropping my DD at a birthday party. Kentucy Fried Chicken was nearby and calling my name like a siren song. I resisted and drove 5 miles out of my way to the Culvers and had a Double Butter Burger (sans bun) with a side salad.

      Oh hi robin!!! Yes i dont know why I ate those 3 sausages (BTW the brand is Dietzt and Watson and I checked the ingredients and no sugar at all) and the extra steak.... but at least I stayed in the limits of Atkins... I needed some comfort food I gues.. I have been bleeding a lot

        Oh yeah, that dreaded T.O.M. I'm experiencing the cravings and aches u get with it and all I want is comfort food, I keep fluctuating from 195 to 191 and back, it's very discouraging even though it looks like my waist may be a little smaller or maybe it's wishful thinking. Stay strong though it's only a week.

          GOOD FOR YOU!!! Way to find distractions to keep from falling! I don't think eating more during a period is a bad thing, expecially if it keeps you from giving in to the PMS cravings. You need more of the good stuff since you're body is naturally using more during that time...especially the iron that comes from the red meats and green veggies. Keep up the good work!
