  • Not Sure Where I Belong

I went into the 14 day induction room, and then there was a post saying that if we were already on it once, to come here! So HERE I AM!!!! I have done this TWICE scary thing is, I am a sucky finisher at everything! Maybe no will power or something! But this time I am serious!

Yesterday began day 1 for me! Well sort of. I eliminated most carbs, although I did have sugar in my coffee due to forgetting to buy splenda! Other than that though, nothing eaten that I was not supposed to eat! Lost ONE pound!!!! Now I know in the grand scheme of things one pound is like big whoop, but I was thrilled! Today is the day where it all officially begings, as I am eating NOTHING that I am not asupposed to eat!!!!

The first time I tried the diet, I did great for like 30 pounds, and then my anniversery came and we celebrated with food! Then last time, I quit smoking, and litterally was ready to kill for chocolate! Lame excuse maybe, but I had to eat sweets or smoke... didnt want to do that again! So I ate!
Now, here I am 250 pounds. Literally 2 times the size I desire to be! I am ready! It has been one year smoke free for me now, and I am ready ready ready!

    Can I stay here? Pleese??

You can post here or the Century Club or whereever you are most comfortable. Everyone here is here for the same purpose. Many of us who have a great deal to lose post in the Century Club. And clearly, many of us understand the second time around because we know what it is to be imperfect. What is most important, though, is that you can come to the boards and find help and people who understand. Best wishes to you.

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.

you can post in the induction forum as you reinduct if you are doing a 14 day induction too. some folk keep falling off and restarting so Stac was created fro them to encourage each other not to keep jumping off and to help nudge them back on Atkins when they did.
