I am starting over on Atkins after a long absence. I had lost 12-13 lbs. a few months ago, but I gained it back.
I started back on the Induction phase on June 1. I weighed 183.5 lbs. Today (June 6) I was weighed at my doctor's office, and I lost 3 lbs. -- weighed in at 179.5 lbs, and that wasn't even a week!
Funny thing is, I actually cheated the other day, and ate some oreos. :-( Yet, I still lost weight. Perhaps it is becuase I have restarted exercising. I do aerobic weight-training 3 days/wk and straight aerobics or dancing 2 days/wk.
Please wish me luck. I want to achieve my goal weight of 138 lbs.

Good for you for the exercising. It makes quite a difference I think between who fails and who succeeds at the end of the day so you're one up already!
