  • I'm not sure yet....

    I am not real sure yet if I will stay here, or move to Centry plus! I havent decided yet! But I will see how this room fits! So far, I am intrigued by what I see!

    I am a bit discouraged this morning! After drinking 96 ounces of water yesterday, walking so fast I thought my heart would fall out, and eating right..... I did not lose a pound for my day 2 of induction!!!!! HELP

    Don't weigh yourself everyday!!! Wait the full two weeks, or if you can't, at least wait a week. Your weight fluctuates depending on time of day, amount of fluid retained, muscle gain etc. Don't be discouraged. Did you take your measurements? Checking those every couple of weeks is encouraging too. Sometimes you will get smaller, but the scale won't show a loss because your fat cells want to hold onto some water for a while. Hang in there, you're doing great!

      Hang in there, T-baby! Your body is getting ready to morph. Once you get past the first 3 or 4 days your appetite (which is probably driving you nuts about now) will go way down, & your energy should pick up at the same time. Then you'll naturally eat less and exercise more. Fat will be replaced with muscle. You will notice inches lost at times when the scales may say you gained. Take your measurements, and take a grain of salt with each hop on the scales. Hormones, meds, salt, workouts all can affect water balances in the body and scales will not differentiate between water, fat and muscle.

      Find some pants thats tight on you now, & prepare for them to fall off in a few weeks.

        Hang in there!!

        Have you got some clothes that are just too tight for you to wear comfortably?
        Keep them handy to try on every few days so you can see if your body is shrinking regardless of what those scales say!
