Yep, its been awhile. I did Atkins for about a week and I felt good but when I get to the week bit i give up or find any excuse to give up. I ve tried weight watchers, slimming world and a doctors diet while ive been gone (which is only a couple of months ago) but i dont really feel right on any of them. But i have done something postive while ive been gone, ive joined a gym.
But I find myself here again, im always drawn to atkins even after vowing ill never do it again because i get stuck with the food. im going to give it another go, but i owe it to myself to do the two week not just one.
