  • Well.....Im back, again!

    Yep, its been awhile. I did Atkins for about a week and I felt good but when I get to the week bit i give up or find any excuse to give up. I ve tried weight watchers, slimming world and a doctors diet while ive been gone (which is only a couple of months ago) but i dont really feel right on any of them. But i have done something postive while ive been gone, ive joined a gym.

    But I find myself here again, im always drawn to atkins even after vowing ill never do it again because i get stuck with the food. im going to give it another go, but i owe it to myself to do the two week not just one.

    What is is about the food that you don't like? is it boredom? Perhaps you should post a menu and maybe get some suggestions on how to make it more liveable for you...Also have you checked out the food and cooking chat and recipes sections? there are tons of great ideas.
