Back on a second attempt...There will NOT be a third

5th day so far and feeling great,sun is shining,fridge is full of legal goodies,waters going down well and im even enjoying the exercise ...i want this feeling of Euphoria to last forever

I know what you mean. Day 8 here and I feel so good it’s almost disturbing. But day 5 was especially fine . . . I was skipping around with unicorns and butterflies that day. I hope 3 months down the road we don’t forget how bad it felt before and take for granted how lucky we are today.

Day 8 for me, too. I am feeling food. Day 3 and 4 were the roughest.... I've been hitting the gym pretty good as well. My pants felt a bit loose today so I know I am definitely on the right track!
