    Here I go again

    I was on the Atkin's diet from Nov 2002 to Oct 2003. I lost a total of 34 lbs of which I have gained back 15 of it.

    I did attempt to go back on again when my son did about a year ago. After 2 weeks, he had lost 11 lbs and I had gained 1...so I quit.

    I figure I will try a bit harder this time around and stick to my exercise program.
