  • I think I am home....

...wow this is SO cool, a second time around thread, AWESOME!!! Here is a short history of myself:started out losing weight at around 300 pounds, did great, got down to 215, just eating right and working out. I still ate bad fat free and sugar foods, as long as it as low fat or no fat, I thought I was fine. A friend showed me the ways of Atkins and I tried it, this was back in the spring of 04. I followed the plan, fell of or 'cheated' if you will, a few times, but overall, felt great, got down to my all time low of 188-189ish, it was awesome, but then, as so many of us, I fell off the wagon HARD, I would try to get back on, never lasted more than one or two days. I tried WW and everything else under the sun. Now I am back to Atkins and with the help of OA I am doing well. I just finished my first week of re-inducting, I was around 220-215ish, now down to 210, feel GREAT about that. I am so happy to see a thread like this where we can meet and post. Thanks for being here!!!
