    It's the two week point of induction.

    I'm down 10 pounds.
    Starting weight: 310 Current weight: 292 Goal weight: 220

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

      Thanks, I'm not suffering at all, So as for now, I'm just staying on the induction..Working on lowering my portions a bit too. I've still got a nagging ankle injury so the workouts will just have to wait for now.

        Great job!!!! Celebrate your weight loss, with something other than junk food! LOL! But seriousdly do something special for yourself! You are worth it!!!!!

          weigh to go. Do you have a pool near by water aerobics or swimming laps is great exercise and not very ankle painful either. At UT they actually have an underwater treadmill the injured leg football palyers use to do cardio on.

            Well, the good news is that I have a fully functional YMCA about a mile from the house that has all that. The problem is that the pool has goofy hours and I'm also nursing a shoulder injury. I'm falling apart at a rather high rate of speed. I recently quit the job where I was basically being injured and really had no way to heal. I'm at the same company, just left the yard. I'm an office guy now. The guys hanging around the office has been drastically reduced. I'm the first male to do this job in the DC. I am healing and feel better everyday, I was really getting back into running a few months ago and honestly can't tell you where or when I was injured, all I know is that while doing that particular job, (lots of climbing, around on equipment and scurrying around) I could not get healed up at all. its very irritating to not be able to do the things that I'd like to do.
