    fried mushrooms!

    i bought a few cans of whole mushrooms... (per DANDR, you can have 3 cups of mushrooms a day!)... anyway, i dipped them in beaten egg, then in finely crushed pork rinds (which, i take the liberty of adding a few spoonfuls of psyllium husks to) and then a few mins in the ol fry daddy (with veggie oil)...

    awesome! try it.

    Gosh, I wish I liked mushrooms! There are so many good recipes for them. Thanks for sharing. I may try it anyway.

      Hmm I wish I had a deep fryer. Those sound yummy!

        Hmmm...I've tried breading with pork rinds and with ground flax seed....and both times the stuff came out mushy. Whats your secret?
