        LOL..kkat..I think you are the bumping queen!

        Last time on Atkins. Did great...lost weight...60 pounds in 7 months. Followed the rungs up. Used fitday...for about 4 months...then quit using fitday...quit trying to balance everything out exactly. But still climbed the rungs and added new foods in as I should and still lost.

        For me, my down fall came in giving into the craving monster. Part of me at this time believes it was a head game and I did it to myself. The closer I got to my all time low in 17 years the more hungier I got. The other part of me wonders if maybe I ate a combination of something that set off my cravings again. Maybe too much coffee? Of course I had that with splenda or stevia and cream. Which meant I wasn't eating as much whole food as I should.

        I will be more vigilant this time. But I will still climb the rungs. It is a wonderful place to be!

        How do you start? Baby steps. All you have to do is add 5 grams of carbs of your new food. That really isn't much. You are doing it in a controlled way so you will do fine. You do it the same way you eat an elephant....one mouthful at a time and just do it.
