    Ok, so I just did my 2 week weigh in, and I am a bit bummed! But I mean I did lose, so why should I be bummed out?!?

    I just thought it would be more! No, I am not checking my inches yet... maybe I sould start!

    I have lost 7.5 pounds so far! Why is it so slow this time! What else should I do? And then my husband STILL is not losing... well I am reading the book for him, to try and figure it out!

    I am still positive even if! At least my scale is going down!!!! Right?

    You're doing awesome! 7.5 pounds is a good loss for 2 weeks! Do you plan your day's menu using fitday? And have you used the bmr calculator to figure out how many calories you should be eating? These things really helped me when my weight loss slowed. Although mine is going snail pace right now...but thats because I've been being naughty. Here is the link to the BMR calculater: http://www.weightlossforgood.co.uk/bmr_calculator.htm I also had at this time last year to do a 6 week candida cleanse, because I had stopped losing. That was just eating meats, eggs, and veggies, avoiding all cheeses, mushrooms, pickles...anything fermented. It was hard, but it made me feel better, and jump started the weight loss again. Just some ideas.

      Okay breath, 7.5 pounds is alot of weight. Then ask your self these questions are we drinking all our required water for me at 263 pounds that is almost 170oz. So you should drink 64 oz to start and 8oz more for every 25 pounds you have to lose. Am i sure I am using proper portions and not over doing them it easy to let the carbs creep in. Am I putting in alot of processed food? these can stall weight loss. As well as too much of a good thing like cheese. Alot of people can not have certain foods for whatever reason keep track of your menu. Are you guys exercising? Are decrasing your food intake to match your appetite? Try reveiwing these things and see what you find.

        I found whenever I stalled that it was processed foods....Also to jumpstart a stall...a piece of candy seemed to do it...but thats just Me..it worked for Me..I dropped 40lbs in about 7 months and that was on OWL after induction and I kept that weight off till I got pregnant.

          Hang in there you can do it...remember we put it on one pound at a time..it has to come off one pound at a times...so seven.5 is wonderful!!!!

            Thank you all for yout encouragement! I am reading the book, and I am learning about what we are eating! A bit of fine tuning may be in prder even still! We will see!
            Water? I am drinking I think well over the recommended dose! I drink about 128 oz a day! According to the 64 pluse 8 for every 25 pounds... it would be 104! Excersise, I am working on that one! Definately room for improvement all along!
