      The best things to do after a cheat attack are:
      1. Stop the cheat,
      2. Exercise to burn the stuff off so it can't be stored,
      3. Hop back on the wagon, having learned from your mistake.

      Aren't you glad you did these? So you didn't gain, and you're still almost to goal! Be proud it wasn't a half-gallon of icecream.

        Thanks, did all those Back in the game and Back in Ketosis so not as bad as I thought it was only pink but still.

            reminds me of my sister a few weeks ago, she had a peanut butter cookie and felt so bad that she cheated....I asked her if she ate the whole bag and she said no, just the one. I said it sounds to me like you are a normal human and should be proud of yourself that you've come so far that you can have one and stop. Thats how thin people are - welcome to the world.

            Sarah I'd like to say the same to you, you are a normal human and should be proud of yourself for being normal. As for being disappointed in you, no way girl - we love you and admire you. You are awesome!

              Thanks SO much Lady Ya I guess I have learned a lot before this would have turned into an all out Binge fest and I would have devoured every single Bit of Chocolate cake chips I could get my hands on this time was sooo different I controlled myself so I guess this is a good thing . WOW thanks for reminding me of that.

                AFter I lost my first 40lbs...I did eat chocolate occasionally and heavy carbs...when i put on 3 lbs...Id lose it really fast.
                One thing I know is this....Im not going to see a piece of candy as my enemy...rather using this WOE as a way to stay healthy.

                  Of course we are mot disappointed in you, silly woman! You are a legend. If you enjoyed the chocolate, well, it's done and now it's over and I bet you won't do it again for a l-o-n-g time, if ever. Good for you for putting it behind you and getting on with it. We all love you.

                    Wow, SEE? You are even an inspiration to us when you CHEAT!!!


                    What I would have done, before my new strategery, is gone hog wild since "I'm out of ketosis anyway." This has caused the pounds to creep back, and that's not where I want to be for the rest of my life. 2big said I should practice "carb harm reduction" by doing what you just did, so thank you for the good example.

                    BTW, I have been cheat-free since early April, if we don't count my BD in May, which was planned but kept to a minimum. And I have been away from home in a hotel room for 2 weeks, except weekends, in training. They like to treat us nice and bring in ice cream and popcorn and stuff. I'm watching you!! (when I can get online)

                      Your stomach looks great. What all did you do to firm it up. I've lost about 50 pounds but my stomach and arms are nasty flab. You are an inspiration!

                        I run and Lift weights Mostly I will tell ya Honestly I don't do much Abs work LOL. I do always tense up my tummy when I run and when I lift so I think that's a lot of the reason my tummy is fairly flat.

                          Yes, you're human, but SUPER HUMAN! Because of you, I started strength training 3 weeks ago. No results to be seen yet, but every time I get discouraged, I jump on the board and look at your photos.

                          BTW, I love your new photos - you are especially attractive with glasses!
