The Nurse Said....
I have an interesting testimony! My husband had gone into urgent care due to a possible urinary track infection... ouch! 
And so they did the blood test for his glucose level, and his sugar was only like 81!!! Yeah Hubbie! But then his lab came back for his urine, and the nurse came back and asked if he was on a special diet. He said that we were low carbing doing atkins. And we asked why! She said that they saw ketones in the urine, which they explained was fat burning! Well, we figured with some degree they would be there, but since he is losing a bit slower, we wondered! And we dont even have the strips! LOL! So yeah, he is burning! So now we need to rethink our food and excersise levels! But I had to share that with you!!!!!
