  • starting again

Hi everyone it is June 26th and I am officially starting again I stopped before because I had a trip to New york and I binged on my sister-in-laws cooking filled with tortillas and such since they are from Guatemala. Anyway I had a question really? I was wondering if a salad from burger king qualifies in induction with ranch dressing that has only 2 carbs and a burger pattie with mustard and mayo? I get really hungry at lunch and it seems easy for me to have this quick stuff because i am very busy most of the time to cook. Now I also need to make promises to myself to not fall off of the atkins woe wagon and to drink plenty of water . I am a Diet Coke addict and was wondering if there was an alternative to that? or maybe if that is okay. Thanks again

      Thanks Raheemah,

That makes me feel better knowing that I can start over again and actually possibly be successful. Last time was in March and I got through the whole induction and it felt great I lost 12lbs (which are back now LOL!!!!) just happened that after my trip to New York I got all my cravings back and up until now I have the will power to start again. Now I don't want to fail this time and I am sure with the support from this board that I can't. I hope you do well too. and Good luck also.

Notice my signature. LOL I sometimes eat out at Jack in the Box and Wendy's when I don't have time to cook the night before. From Jack in the box I have the chicken club salad which comes with bacon ranch dressing that has 3 carbs. Wendy's is my favorite though I have a Texas Double cheeseburger, toss the bun, and a ceasar salad. It is a good, filling, induction friendly lunch. And the best part it only costs 2 bucks. haha

Great, if at first you don't succeed, try again!
          Trial and error!
Yay for you for keeping going.
Burger sounds fine, just check the salad has no sugar in it, but it all sounds fine and yummy!
