  • One more try..

Well heream. Fresh off of a carb binge!
I never got past the hard induction..
Just polished off 3 bagels and half a cake..I really felt like I was in a trance!
The spoon just HAD to keep coming to my mouth.
I have really got to get this crab stuff out of my house..out of my mind!
    Sometimes I feel like
But I will give it another go. To me it is the only diet that makes sense.
I have pcos and am sensitive to carbs; but sometimes he pull back to them is very hard.

Tomorrow i will start over with a 100% commitment!

      C'mon!
Recognise that you have a problem and get on with it.
      We're addicts!
An alcoholic can't just have one drink. he has to have 10.
I can't have one bite of summit, I have to have the whole thing and then a few more, with crisps, soda, chocolate, cakes, bagels thrown in too!

So, see that you have a problem, want to get over the problem, make a commitment to yourself, and let's go!

I know the feeling. I have had run ins with cereal, rice crispy bars and chocolate that I had in the house for my little girl. I cannot have this stuff in my house even though my baby likes to eat them. Sorry baby but you are going low carb too. haha It is best if I just do not have that stuff in the house. Cheerios and Rice Chrispy treats are the devil!!! LOL

            Re: One more try..

Think of yourself as an addict (which is true)
Because sometimes, the bad voices will tell you that you "deserve" a bar of chocolate or whatever it is and you'll listen to it and that's the switch flipped to having another 10 bars all in a row and before you know it, 3 weeks have passed of nothing but junk food!

You know an alcoholic can't have one drink, so recognise that neither can you!

I put up a couple of lil posters in my kitchen reminding me of this. Also reminding me of how bad I feel aftere ating junk food and how good i feel when I eat healthy food and see the scales go down.

Make up whatever tools you need and let's finally get rid of this weight that's being holding us back!

            Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Get all junk food out of the house.
Don't throw the choc bars in the bin, cos believe me, if you get the craving and you know they're in the bin, you'll go into the barbage to get them!!!
So, throw them in the trash, cover em in oil, sauce, rubbish...and get the garbage outta the house and never, ever buy anything like that again.
Look up the recipe forums and get creative.
