so i weighed in again this morning, after yesterdays dissapointing .5 pounds lost in 2 weeks.
basically, i knew that on Sunday, i had gotten a hold of way too much sodium... so i took it easy on sodium yesterday, got in a good work out, and drank lots of water...
now i can say that i lost a total of 4 lbs in those 2 weeks. still weak, but losing is losing!
