    I'm back

    hello I'm back.. I have only been here a few times.. I had started atkins back in January and only stayed on it for a few weeks, but I did lose quiet a bit weight. Now I am back and I am defintely going to contunie eating this way. I would like to drop at least 20lbs before my husband returns from Iraq in August.

          Isn't it funny how we kind of "try" Atkins then go off and then realize how great it is. Welcome back!
