I just weighed myself today, I'm at 278. I've only lost two pounds in the last two weeks. I think the slow scales are due to the fact that I'm no longer doing the run around more manual hard labor that I had been doing before. At least I'm not gaining!
I still am needing to start getting back to the gym, The injuries are feeling much better, but I really don't want to re-injure myself and end up creaking around like an invalid again.

I know what you mean about creaking and feeling like an invalid. It's no fun at all and I don't care to go back to that either. Good luck to you.
