so i made hamburgers on the grill. usually i take the meat and add some salt and pepper and a few other spices to taste.
well this time, i had some left over, crushed pork rinds... and you know that when i crush up some pork rinds, i add lots of ground psyllium husks for the fiber effect. so i added it to the hamburger meat. it was good. next time i'll add more... but i was pleased.
