  • to much food?

    Am I eating to much?

    This morning I had
3 egg, 2 oz of cheese 1/2 cup of cooked veggies (a western omelet)
1/2 of a pack of bacon.

Does this seem like a lot?
i will ADMIT I have a HUGE appetite! BIGGER than my husbands.

    is this ok?

      Re: to much food?

I know I give this advice alot, but fitday.com is VERY helpful. Yes it takes some effort to enter your food, but you already gave me all the amounts of what you ate, so you shouldn't have a problem with that. Use this link to find out how many calories it takes for your body just to keep going: http://www.weightlossforgood.co.uk/bmr_calculator.htm

And then use Fitday.com to keep within that amount, with fats being 65% of you caloric intake, protein being 30%, and carbs being 5%.

Hope this helps...oh, and I posted to your "PCOS Journalers?" post in the PCOS forum. Have a great weekend!

Did you eat enough to make you no longer feel hungry, or did you eat it all because it was on your plate? If the former then it was not too much!

How did the rest of your day go?

I find I have days when I am not very hungry and others when I seem to need to eat lots, so I eat to feed my hunger.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
