  • How did you do?

    I would like to know how everyone did with thier WOE yesterday! Did we eat right? Did we drink all of our water? Are we independant of our food?

    For me, I did good yesterday with the exception of a small helping of baked beans! We had a picnic with another couple, and it was very nice! Brats with no bun, deviled eggs, coleslaw homeade (low carb) and salad! Then a small helping as I said of baked beans!

    Water... not hardly any! I will be drinking LOTS today! Did I say LOTS? LOL! I am bad at drinking water when I am home from work!

    I dont think I am completely independant yet of my food! I mean, I am to a point! I dont crave carbage... yet I still cheat, so you do the math on that one!

    Time to go to work! Here is to a great low carb day!!!!

    I think I ate a little too much, but it was all legal stuff. I'm so determined to make this work. My one little treat for myself was a huge caffeine free Diet Coke which isn't technically legal because the sweetener isn't Splenda...but it was better than what I cheated with other times I was doing this WOE. I'm here for good this time.

      I did great! Not one cheat- but we did not bbq.

      Though I did take my kids to this festival full of really bad things to eat( I ate before we left alot so I was full the whole time!

        We didnt really celebrate the 4th here as everyone but me was working all day. So it was pretty easy to be legal.

          Didn't too well yesterday but it was definate motivation to start induction today! So far so good....

          My MINI Goal










          My Goal is to weigh 125 lbs! 20 lbs to Go
          Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today.

          Started Induction-January 28/08 @ 150lbs ***Ended Induction @ 147lbs. A 3lb lost!

            I did great on the 4th. My problem was on Sunday at the church picnic!!!! I was way too hungry by the time I got there after not eating dinner the night before and not even water that morning. Big mistake, by the time we got to the picnic I just ate whatever I could get my hands on. LOL But I was right back on track by that evening even. I realized what I did wrong and didn't beat myself up about it just got back to it. Having a really good week since then. Staying at the same weight which is frustrating but if I stay the course that will change too.
