  • How is everyone doing in STAC today?

    This first day after the 4th of July?

    As I am one of them reigning myself back into a fat burning machine figured I had better check with everyone else that has arrived as of late to do the same thing.

    Water???

    Exercise???

    Following induction or where you happen to currently be on the program correctly??

    Supplements???

    I am drinking water, will take my supps with some lunch (chicken salad), exercise of choice today is dancing all over the house with the music up REALLY LOUD... really does get the heart rate up!

    How are you doing????

    Doing well today. 4th day of Induction.

    I'm drinking my water and just about to take my morning supplements.

    This morning got in 1 hr of bike riding and 30 mins weightlifting (fairly light, since I'm rehabbing a dislocated shoulder).

      We didn't get home from the fireworks until after midnight. (They didn't start until 10:30 but it was worth the wait, they were certainly spectacular) and my excuse for not getting to my water arobics class is that I didn't wake up until after 9am. OMG, I never sleep that late. SO DH and I are going to walk the nearby wildlife refuge and get some exercise in.

        I had a little overindulgence yesterday, but back on the wagon today.
