WELL here I am again... I guess everyone starts that way in this forum area. I've been trying to get back on the horse but I am repeatedly failing. I really want to lose the remainder of my baby weight. I have between 20-30 lbs to go. That sounds like a lot but I gained over 70lbs (2 kids-2 years)! I did so well on Atkins last time around. Not only did I lose weight easily but I had so much energy. That alone makes me want to jump back on again. It's great to have all that energy w/ my kids! I tried THE SONOMA DIET ...IT SUCKS!!! I just missed certain foods so much & it appealed to my desire to eat grains & fruit. Anyway, yesterday, I stocked my fridge and made my deviled eggs. I did really well until I had to make my daughter's bread for the week (allergies) & then I made her cookies because I had just special ordered her some chocolate (more allergies). Well, I guess you know what happened after that. SO today I went and got some Atkins bars. I know they're no Kosher but I figure it's better to have a bar then to binge on crap. Come to think of it I think that's how I started last time. Fingers crossed for me. I am so tired of wearing nursing bras and maternity underwear!!

Hey Gal!!!! Great to have you back!! I know what you mean about repeatedly starting and quitting, I would just say keep trying...by the time I have managed to hang on 3-4 days its finally easy.
I also fine Akins is the best way to lose weight and have great energy. Good Luck and good planning with the deviled eggs.
