    Hi guys.
    I am a second time around gal....I lost 100 pounds last year, took one bite of forbidden food, spun wildly out of control, gained every pound back, and just restarted Monday.

    My question is this time, I am having more with drawl symptoms than last. I still have a headache, last time it was gone by day 3. But today I am extremely dizzy. I had a sausage patty for breakfast, with my vitamin, I have already drank over 64 oz today, and I just don't know what to do. Lunch is going to be tuna salad on a bed of greens ( YUM ), chicken Cesar for dinner.

    Sorry to hear your having a tougher go this round. Your dizziness and headache could be due to sudden blood pressure drop / dehydration. Yes, even with all that water, your body, if you've flushed the electrolytes from your system along with the water weight which comes off when you start induction, you can't retain enough fluid in your blood.

    Try eating/drinking something which will boost your potassium/magnesium (not just sodium) if this sounds like your situation (more sausage/broth) and hang in there.

      perhaps you are waiting to long to eat between breakfast & lunch??? a high protein snack might help out..??
