HAR Jerzaka! My sentiments exactly. I can probably count on one hand how many meals I've ever missed in my life.
I eat breakfast every day. Otherwise I'm starving and low blood sugary and cranky and can't think. I've always eaten breakfast so I can't say that it's helping with the weight loss. Now I eat Atkins-friendly breakfast foods though, so I'm probably healthier.
I used to skip it but now I always eat something. It may not be right after I get up but I always at least make something to take to work with me and have it within a couple hours.
And since I started having breakfast, my weight loss definitely increased.
