Hi All...
I need help. I believe part of my problem with falling off the first time was that I didn't know how to properly move through the phases.
I read the book and everything made sense however because I didn't have a large amount of weight to lose I didn't understand how to move on slowly without losing too much weight.
My story was during induction I lost 8lbs. I only wanted to lose 20lbs. I exercised daily (always had) so the weight came off quickly. I didn't try to move on the right way I just figured at the rate I was losing if I only increased my carbs by only increments of 5 I would definitely lose too much weight so I quit and added back too many carbs and gained the weight back.
My question for anyone who can shed some light is how do I move out of induction phase onto the next phases and not lose too much weight? How do you pace yourself if you have only 20lbs. or less to lose?
Help!
