I love my morning cup of tea...
Anyone who knows me also knows that I love have a nice cup of steeped (now decaf) tea to start of day. A friend even bought this plaque to put in my kitchen that says "Tea first! Everything else can wait!
When I was not following Atkins
I would put milk and 1 sweetener in my tea. It is the only time I have milk during the day. So is it okay to have a few drops of milk in my tea during induction?
I don't quite understand why milk is not acceptable during this WOE? It is a form of dairy and cheeses and creams are allowed so why not milk?
While I'm on the subject, can anyone recommend a calcium supplement that I can use to get my daily dose of calcium? I really should add calcium intake to my list of things to do....
Here in Canada we have a sweetener called Sugar Twin. I'm not sure if they sell it in America or anywhere around the world as it is a Canadian product. I want to know if it is acceptable for induction because when I compare it to Splenda the only difference I notice is that Twin Sugar has no carbs and splenda has one. I have included the nutrition facts below for you to check out!
