  • PLEASE HELP!! I NEED Vitamin/Supplement Advice!!!!!

    HI ALL!! I am re-starting the wol on Monday and I know very little when it comes to what kinds of vitamins or supplements I should be taking. I know most of you will tell me to read the book but I lent it to my cousin who is out of town for the next two weeks!! If anyone can give me any suggestions on what I should be taking I would greatly appreciate it!!!! Im 26 5'7 and weigh 210... I am wanting to lose about 70 lbs....

    You need a minimum of a daily multi-vitamin, withOUT Iron, to start with. One A Day has a Carbsmart version, or there are other brands out there.

      Thank you Barb for your quick response!! If you know of anything else I can add I am interested in that too. I've read several posts about CLA, COQ10, Biotin, B Complex, Flax Oil, Fish Oil, L-Carnitine....but I have no idea what I should take or do not need. As always, ANY HELP comes greatly appreciated!!

        Why no iron? I think I read that in the DANDR and was going to find out why and forgot about it. This post reminded me.

          we get more than enough iron from the meats we eat. iron in excess can be harmful
