HI ALL!! I am re-starting the wol on Monday and I know very little when it comes to what kinds of vitamins or supplements I should be taking. I know most of you will tell me to read the book but I lent it to my cousin who is out of town for the next two weeks!! If anyone can give me any suggestions on what I should be taking I would greatly appreciate it!!!! Im 26 5'7 and weigh 210... I am wanting to lose about 70 lbs....Thank You in Advance!!
