After MONTHS (that's right, months on end) of the scale bounding 200-198-200...) it read 194 this morning. People in the hall must think I'm crazy but I was jumping on and off the scale to make sure was correct. I'm so excited I could cry.
In part, I owe Starmaker a word of thanks for her insight - I'm catching up with you girl!!!
This is a major achievement for me and a big relief to know that there's hope to get back down to 150.
