Well I know that extended induction worked well for me my first go around... or so I thought. I did lose the weight I wanted to, and it came off quickly enough. Since I'm back here again it obviously didn't work for me longterm now did it? So I vote for OWL. If I had done it properly from the first rung ALL THE WAY through to maintenance I might have held on better and not fallen off.

I say OWL. Extended induction worked fine for me for a while, but the time came to move on and I did.

I say OWL too, just take it slowly, don't go all the rungs at once. I stalled actually on Extended Induction, I guess my body just built up a resistance to it, but lost once I added the extra veggies and fruits.

Wow ~ that is a hard one! I would have to agree with everyone else and say OWL, i guess, although i have yet to do it! I too fell victim to staying on extended for too long in the past. I need to make sure that i do not make the same mistake this time. I am almost finished with one week on induction. At the end of two weeks i'll be making that big decision... i'll have to think about whether or not to stay on induction for awhile longer, just because i have so much weight to lose. But this time i won't stay on it for too long!

Thanks for the responses. I also think that sticking with the plan seems to work bestbut then I don't lose if I eat to many carbs

First time, I did extended induction. not enough variety! This time I find it's easier.. but I do have to watch closer at my limits. Darn blueberries
