I'm three weeks in and 12 pounds lighter! I can really tell inches are gone. My family noticed yesterday.
I'm eating good and feeling great! And it's not hard. Trying new recipes is fun. Adding foods back puts me on a search for new ways to fix them. Noticing all the changes my body is making is really motivating.
We have a wedding in March and I want to look good. I want to dance with my husband and I want to celebrate the wedding - not the cake or goodies they may have.
My daughter graduates next year.. I want her to be as proud of me as I am of her.
I want to be healthy and live a long time with my husband and children.
I deserve it.

As the wedding gets closer I"ll be a nervous wreck. Hopefully by then I will have lost a lot and will feel great about myself. I tend to put so much pressure on myself. I'm trying to look at it as the scale really doesn't matter - the in control feeling, the clear head, the energy... those things are what I'm after from here on out. The weight loss is an added plus.
