Where is everyone?
Hope you are all having a great Friday! How are you ending your work week? I just started again on Wednesday evening - so far so good! My biggest temptations will be this weekend. I have a baby shower to attend and two birthday parties. Wish me strength and willpower
Food for today:
2 breakfast muffins - early a.m.
2 breakfat muffins - mid-a.m.
bunless cheeseburger - lunch
side salad w/ranch - lunch
steak - dinner
green beans - dinner
I'm doing better with the water and working my way up to exercise - though I have been pretty active recently with taking my little guy swimming.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..." 


: I sort of cheated today so I'm upset about that, but I tripled my excercise to try to burn it off and will be back on track tomorrow. No excuse, I made sure I had eaten before taking the kids to the church's icecream social. But when my daughter offered me a spoonful of raspberry truffle icecream, I took it and ended up getting my own half-cup serving. I'm not going to beat myself down about it but I want to get to a point where this stuff is just not so tempting. I had it before, I want it back.
