Not that anyone will probably be around today - but I need to do this as part of my accountability. So here goes....
Today I have a baby shower and a birthday party to attend. So pre-planning will be a major key.
Breakfast will be bacon and eggs with grilled mushroom and onion
Lunch will be salad w/bunless cheeseburer
Baby Shower - Salad
Dinner at B-Day party - Grilled chicken, salad, raw veggies.
I'm also working on upping my water intake today.
Exercise - not much to do crazy schedule.
