hi all,
i just wanted to introduce myself. shelly is my name and this is my i forget time aroud. (probably 4th time around). I started once and lost 20 pound. Life came at me hard. New job, surgery, miscarage. Anyway. and kinda started again for like 2 days and stopped and anyway long story short i am back. I will complete my goal this time. So much at stake not to. I have found out that i have really high cholesterol, and knowing i am considered extr.obese if i dont lose the weight and find the really shelly again i wont live to see my two girls (7&4) have their 15th birthday party, first date, graduation or wedding. I really need to step things up. I was wondering if there is a big brother/sister program on the board that helps people who cant stay on track. If there is not I am at least looking for a buddy who i can depend to check in. I purchased an awsome treadmill in may and i hopefully should have it up and running by tomarrow.
